Zen Green Tea Sangria

One 750-milliliter bottle dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc

2 1/2 cups pomegranate juice, chilled

2 1/2 cups pear nectar, chilled

2 1/2 cups apricot nectar, chilled

1 cup green-tea vodka (see Note)

Asian Pear (diced)


In a pitcher, combine the wine with the pomegranate juice, pear and apricot nectars and vodka; refrigerate until chilled, 20 minutes. Pour into glasses over ice, garnish with the diced pear and serve.

Note:  Charbay brand green-tea vodka is available at large liquor stores.

Holiday Rum Punch

80 mint leaves, torn or thinly sliced

8 ounces  Bacardi light rum

8 ounces Appleton 12 Year aged rum

8 ounces fresh orange juice

8 ounces mango nectar or juice

4 ounces pineapple juice



In a pitcher, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Stir well and serve over ice in tall glasses.

Sneaky Seduction

2 slices of fresh mango

2 1/2 oz tanqueray gin

1/2 oz apricot brandy

1/2 simple syrup

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

muddle the fresh mango in the shaker and then add all other ingredients Add ice and shake  strain into martini glass...
