Make the most of Summer in Chicago by joining us for Sunday Supper.  We will showcase the best the season has to offer: summer melons, peaches and plums.  We will start with a refreshing Summer Melon Salad, followed by Crispy Sea Bass with Sun Gold Tomato Sauce and Sweet Corn.  The Grand finale is a scrumptious Peach Shortcake with a lip-smacking Buttermilk Vanilla Whip Cream. The first bite will bring you pure bliss. Chef Mark brings to life his fondest memories of cooking southern food with his family and entices you with aromas of fresh, rich ingredients celebrating this wonderful heritage.  The menu pays tribute to these memories with delicious locally sourced ingredients, uniquely combined in a fresh way that maintains the soul of Southern cooking and the rich, deep flavors that he grew up with. Its an Evolution on Southern Fare. The evening will open the doors to his history and heritage bringing you dishes such as:
