Chef Mark brings to life his fondest memories of cooking southern food with his family and entices you with aromas of fresh, rich ingredients celebrating this wonderful heritage.  The menu pays tribute to these memories with delicious locally sourced ingredients, uniquely combined in a fresh way that maintains the soul of Southern cooking and the rich, deep flavors that he grew up with. It’s an Evolution on Southern Fare. The evening will open the doors to his history and heritage bringing you dishes such as:
