Summer is coming to an end and so are Sunday Suppers for 2018 and there is no better way to end the season than taking advantage of what autumn has to offer at the market.  Join us on October 14th to celebrate the Fall Harvest. Our first course of the evening is roasted beets topped with housemade yogurt and herbs. Followed by sweet and delicate scallops paired with squash, mushroom and truffles.  Our main course is Momma’s fork – tender braised short-rib with red pea gravy. The grand finale is the Dark and Stormy Molasses Rum Cake that is layered with flavor and will have you wanting to lick the plate. Come join us and bring your family and friends as we enjoy the last Sunday Supper of this year.

Chef Mark brings to life his fondest memories of cooking southern food with his family and entices you with aromas of fresh, rich ingredients celebrating this wonderful heritage.  The menu pays tribute to these memories with delicious locally sourced ingredients, uniquely combined in a fresh way that maintains the soul of Southern cooking and the rich, deep flavors that he grew up with. It’s an Evolution on Southern Fare. The evening will open the doors to his history and heritage bringing you dishes such as:
